■ Feature
Turreted Gun System, TGS is a turreted, 20mm three-barrels Gatling Gun System designed for use on helicopters. It consists of Turret, Gun, Feeding System and Control Unit.

The Gun is intended for the applications that require light weight, low recoil force and compactness, providing high accuracy & dispersion.
(건은 높은 정확도와 분산성을 제공하기 위해 가벼운 무게, 낮은 반동력 및 소형성이 필요한 용도에 적합합니다.)
The Gun operates on an external motor driven and a linkbelt fed. The Turret drives the Gun in azimuth and elevation.

The Control Unit, interfaced with SMC (Stores Management Computer) controls the Gun and Feeding System, and the Control Unit provides Built-In Test function.

무장관리컴퓨터 (SMC)
항공전자 사격통제계통의 핵심 구성품으로 임무컴퓨터의 관리하에 탑재 무장을 제어하는 장비입니다.
장착 무장에 대한 고신뢰성 제어, 모니터링, 투하 등 무장운용 능력을 조종사에게 제공합니다.
TGS can rapidly track a target and fire at it, as TADS and Gun are consequently operated according to movements of HMD. Also TGS can operate in several modes such as Stow, Fixed, Flex and MBR.
(TADS와 건은 HMD의 움직임에 따라 작동하므로 TGS는 목표물을 신속하게 추적하고 공격할 수 있습니다. 또한 TGS는 Stow, Fixed, Flex, MBR과 같은 여러 모드로 작동할 수 있습니다.)
