🟦 Feature

K6 originally developed from M2HB is a fully automatic, belt-fed, air-cooled, crew-served weapon capable of right or left-hand feed. Since it was fielded to Korean Armed Forces in 1989, it has been well-known for accuracy, durability, and lethality.

(원래 M2HB에서 개발된 K6는 우측 또는 좌측 이송이 가능한 완전 자동 벨트식 공랭식 승무원용 무기이다. 1989년 국군에 투입된 이후 정확성, 내구성, 치명성으로 잘 알려져 있다.)

 

It features QCB(Quick Change Barrel) which enables one gunner alone to replace the barrel in less than 5 seconds, both reducing exposure time to enemy fire and eliminating the need to check and adjust head-space and fire-timing at user level.

(총 한 자루만으로 5초 이내에 총신을 교체할 수 있는 QCB(Quick Change Barrel)가 적용돼 적의 사격에 노출되는 시간을 줄이고 헤드스페이스와 사격 타이밍을 사용자 차원에서 확인하고 조정할 필요가 없다.)

 

K6 has been widely used in Army, Naval and Marine of Korea for Sea, Air and Land application ranging from Infantry, Armored Vehicles and Patrol Boats to even, Helicopters. And it can be mounted on any types of vehicle with proper mounts. A full range of 12.7mm x 99mm ammunitions including Ball, AP, API allows the K6 to effectively engage enemy targets.
